With over a decade of HR experience and a strong background in both unionized and non-unionized environments, Ellen helps organizations strengthen their teams through thoughtful, practical HR strategies. She specializes in employee accommodations, leadership coaching, and workplace psychosocial health and safety, and supporting businesses to foster inclusive, respectful, and high-performing workplaces.  Special interest of is coaching Managerial Courage with leaders to have the uncomfortable conversations respectfully and directly.

Ellen brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective, her experience spanning the municipal government and nonprofit sectors, where she built collaborative systems that supported both operational goals and employee well-being.

Ellen is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), with a BA Honours from Trent University and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College. She brings a coaching mindset to every engagement, encouraging curiosity, growth, and accountability in the organizations she supports.

A former bodybuilder and competitive athlete, she understands the value of discipline, teamwork, and continuous growth - qualities she brings into her consulting practice.
