Dave is the organizational glue of Owl Insight HR. As HR Coordinator, he keeps everything running smoothly—from internal systems and team coordination to client communications and project logistics. Whether he’s troubleshooting a workflow, supporting an HR initiative, or booking a last-minute meeting, Dave does it with competence, calm, and a healthy dash of humor.

Dave brings over 20 years of experience in customer relations, marketing, business development, and project management from major corporations. His unique background is backed by a Radio Broadcasting Diploma from Humber College and a leadership certificate from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He’s also  ClickUp Certified and supports internal and client-facing projects with expert-level digital organization.

As the unofficial morale booster of the team, Dave balances efficiency with warmth. He’s often the first point of contact for scheduling, system demos, and making sure Owl Insight HR’s services are running on time and on track. He also leads coordination for WorkSmartHR onboarding and provides expert support for clients using the platform.

When he’s not coordinating people and processes, you’ll find Dave kayaking, hiking with his dog Pugsley, or most importantly, enjoying time with his family and friends.
